Staff is fast and helpful and food is fresh for take out orders, even on major holidays

Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. We ordered a Veggie Mediterranean for lunch, with a thin crust. Hardly any toppings, no cheese or seasonings and the crust was like a rock. We were really hungry with no time to go elsewhere so ate some of it. Didn't even provide plates to eat off of, in spite of having tables to sit at. A complete waste of money. If you are in Nanaimo, order from Mambo's, truly fabulous pizza and loaded with toppings.
