  Thank you Astera for an amazing dinner and fantastic service. You place was recommended to me by a couple who like Greek food. I was told to make reservations at any time of the week because it is always busy. And so it was busy. I have to say, I was not disappointed in any way. Nice to see the owner as well make his appearance to the guests and make sure everyone is satisfied. You place is a 2 thumbs up.

  This is our favourite restaurant in Nanaimo. Great service, great atmosphere, and incredible food. We always overeat when we go here because we have so many favourites! Highly recommend! It is important to make reservations, especially Friday-Sunday. You can often get same-day reservations if you call early enough.

  Some people here are giving crappy reviews and they didn't even eat the food. Why review a restaurant you didn't even eat at, just because they were unable to accommodate you during rush hours? It's not their fault that you failed to make a reservation at such a popular place. I made a reservation on a Saturday night and everything went super smoothly. We were seated right away, staff were extremely friendly, even the owners were walking around talking to customers. All this was just a bonus that came with the best Greek food I've ever had. We let the waitress know how satisfied we were with the experience, and when she mentioned that they would greatly appreciate a review on Google/TripAdvisor I was more than willing to.

  Third time here. Each time the food and service is excellent. We had roast lamb and the lamb was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
