  I have placed three large delivery orders with this restaurant in the last month. Didn't have a problem until today. They charged me for a dish which they did not deliver. No big deal, mistakes happen right? Upon calling to let them know the meal had been forgotten they told me they would check and call me back. 45 minutes later I called back again. No one bothered to answer the phone. An hour later I call a third time, they then tell me there was no mistake and refuse to do anything about it. I would have been a regular customer of this place as yes, their food is acceptable. But I do not appreciate being ripped off. Long story short: Make sure you check your food before handing these idiots any money.

  We order delivery from here every couple months. They are reasonably fast. I love their spicy tofu and the almond chicken is also a hit in our household. We never seem to be able to pull off ordering a side of sweet n sour sauce--it always gets forgotten or mixed up--but that barely matters.

  Great tasting food. Extensive menu with authentic flavors. Family style portions. Staff very helpful at making menu selection suggestions. Good place to go as a group. Eat in our take-out.

  My partner and I will be the first to admit we're big fans of non-exotic Chinese food. Since we recently moved to the island, we were excited to be exploring what is offered. I had seen that this place was recommended over everywhere else (that does delivery), but we were overall disappointed in our food. The chicken chow mein was some plain chow mein noodles with sliced "chicken" on it. I say "chicken" because it is clearly some sort of chicken loaf product, not real chicken. The broccoli with oyster sauce was exactly as described, albeit a little boring. The pork belly with cabbage was fine but not at all memorable, and pretty skimpy on the pork. The honey garlic chicken wings were precisely what you expect, but very small wings. Chicken balls were good but not outstanding. The chili salt shrimp were probably the "best" dish, plentiful and tasty, though the spice distribution is super uneven. We ordered 6 different dishes and with a delivery tip our bill was almost $90, which was a disappointment. Had the food been mindblowing it would've been a much easier pill to swallow. If we had paid $60 for our meal, Da Tang would at least be a menu on the fridge for the next time we're feeling lazy, but at $90 we won't be calling back.
