Service is terrible here. I always get the Butter Chicken but for some reason at this location they say it's "against policy to make it without BBQ sauce" ... and since we didn't want it with BBQ sauce we would have to pay $4.00 more than a normal sized large pizza because "it's a special order" It was ridiculous. Freshslice is my favourite pizza place so I've been to stores all across BC yet this is the only one to say that. Even the other location in Nanaimo (at Woodgrove mall) has the pizza with or without BBQ sauce. As we sat there waiting for our "specially made" butter chicken pizza we saw 5 PEOPLE come in, ask for the butter chicken, and leave without buying anything because the workers refused to make it without the sauce. At one point they even said there wasn't a pizza with chicken that didn't have the BBQ sauce.... this place is just sad. Worst FreshSlice experience EVER!!
