  I phoned in an order forget to tell them I had a coupon the lady said no problem I will cancel your first order and re do it because you don't get the same stuff with the coupon I said thats fine so 40 minutes later we get our order and it was the first order which wasn't what we wanted it was the favourite bucket it ended up coming with chicken popcorn chicken and macaroni salad the chicken was gross my gf and her little sister both found hairs in there chicken the fries were soggy and gross and the macaroni salad tasted awful we started eating it because we were starving and i tried calling them back so they could right this wrong the lady I spoke to saw that my order was incorrect and she said yes they need to refund your order so she patched me through to the help line and they put me on hold for 40 minutes and I still can't get through I'm disgusted in your service and product and I will never order or eat your crappy food again shame on you Guy's
