Very disappointed. Service was ok but not great. The Boulabaise I ordered consisted mostly of sausage and potatoes. My husband ordered beef dip and the beef tasted and looked like deli beef and the fries were cold. Sadly, we will not be returning to your restaurant.

Big surprise!! Found this hotel using Google Map "typing Hotels Nanaimo B.C. Parking cost $9.00 per day (reasonable price) They use a share Public Parking with the city. Front Desk Staff was excellent and i was greeted a few times on my floor by the Maids. Room heater worked great and room was clean nicely presented. Minnoz Breakfast was excellent for the price. We didn't have time for dinner there. Looking at the Dinner price it a high end restaurant. Baby Back Ribs cost $38.00, i can get my my town for $24.99. Best to is eat someplace else downtown. We will be coming back to this hotel in the future.
