  Awesome service. Negative comments about their service is probably because the customer was being ignorant and not understanding. People need to be more positive. Keep up the great work!

  Edit: (February 5, 2017) Ordered pizza today and was extremely happy, the crust issue was fixed and pizza hut is back to being my favourite! Well done! I have a pizza crazed family and we have tried out countless pizza places since we moved to Richmond and loved this specific Pizza Hut on No.3 because of the dough and the manager is super friendly and never screws up our order. Today although, my husband arrived from a pick up there and brought home 3 FLAT PIZZAS! The dough is still tasty, toppings weren't skimped on but I am really unimpressed at my order of $56 pizzas that turned out flat. Wtf Pizza Hut?! Maybe we will look elsewhere for our pizza next time?

  Tried it twice and both times the Pizza was horrible looking and the taste was even worst. Very cheap on the toppings.

  I prefer the food at Pizza Hut to other chains like Boston Pizza, however their service is horrible, once the waiter 'forgot to place our order' and another time they outright forgot about the entree we'd ordered. I used to come here often but now I find myself visiting less and less.
