  80 % friendly staff with a few cronic grumps mixed in. No gluten free baked goods, and use of abortion byproducts in flavor derivitives is kept quiet so that we can't tell what products contain them.

  Solid Starbucks location that knows how to work a drive-thru quickly. Always friendly service. It's the Starbucks experience you expect (which isn't a guarantee at some other Nanaimo locations...)

  Starbucks has the routine down. Good coffee, good service, good music. They were a wee bit slower than usual today but it was quite busy at the time.

  Get your employees some vitamin D and save us all from the misery of their depresssion, apathy, and horrible attitudes. If you want a positive day, stay away from this place. If you want to jump off a bridge after experiencing a lethargic, dead customer service experience, go here first for more motivation.
