Located in Chapter's, it is a typical Starbucks, friendly staff, good beverages, nice atmosphere.

I took my husband in for his free birthday coffee as advertised, met resistance at the till. They eventually gave it to us, but not without guilt even though we were purchasing an additional $40 worth of product. Very poor customer service on behalf of the manager or owner who was directing the barista behind the till. The drinks and food were however delicious.
